I purchased a 30,000 lb. 8 piling Yacht Lift from Neptune in August, 2008. I thought the overall personal attention given to me by everyone at Neptune was exceptional. Dave made several trips before fabricating custom bunk risers to accommodate my pocket drive Sea Ray 370 Express Cruiser. The fabrication, design, and materials used were all as represented.
It was a pleasure dealing with Dave and Kirstie. I would highly recommend them and wish Neptune all the success they deserve.
